QUESTIONS

Who will actually be doing the work on my account?

The same people who sold it to you. We keep the team small and senior so the strategist in your kickoff meeting is the one writing your strategy, the designer on the creative call is the one shipping your site, and the analyst reviewing your results is the one who set up the tracking. You'll never get passed to a junior account manager after signing. It's one of the reasons we cap our client roster and charge what we charge.

What size of business do you typically work with?

We're built for operators running real businesses, not pre-revenue startups and not Fortune 500 marketing departments. Most of our clients sit between $200k and $50M in annual revenue, have a product or service the market has already validated, and are now trying to grow faster without growing chaos. If you're earlier than that, we'll align your business needs that best fit your progress to scale. If you're larger, we'll tell you honestly whether your complexity exceeds what a focused firm like ours can serve.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Our retainers are 3/6/9/12 month options after an initial 90-day commitment, long enough to execute real work, short enough that we have to keep earning it. Projects are scoped to fixed deliverables with clear start and end dates. We don't believe in locking clients into year-long contracts to protect agency revenue; we believe in doing work so good you'd never want to leave. If that ever stops being true, we'd rather you said so.

What's your ideal client like?

Operators who already know their business, respect their own time, and want a marketing partner who'll tell them the truth. Our best clients come to us having already tried a few things , some worked, most didn't, and they're ready to stop guessing. They make decisions quickly, give feedback directly, and trust expertise when they've hired for it.
